processing your transaction within 24 hours.

1) Please email any forms you may already have;

Agency Disclosure, Purchase Contract, Deposit   

Notification, Local Disclosures, Preliminary Title Report, 

Inspections, Copy of MLS listing, Property

HOA / CCR’s, etc..  Please send all forms together to:

​2) Local Disclosures; Call your local real estate board where

you have membership to get the list of the required local disclosures (if applicable) for your particular area where the property you are selling is located. Please send them to me after you receive them.  

 

3) When sending your forms please include you zipForms Username and password so I can upload 

your files into your profile.
