All right, let's get you started !

1) After you have a signed accepted offer, just click on the Transaction Cover Form button below. 

When I receive your form I will send you a confirmation email and begin processing your transaction right away.

2) Along with the Cover Form, include any forms you may already have; Agency Disclosure,

Purchase Contract, Deposit Notification, Local Disclosures, Preliminary Title Report, Inspections,

Copy of MLS listing, Property HOA / CCR’s, etc..  Please send all the forms together after you have a       signed accepted offer.

​3) Local Disclosures; Call your local real estate board where you have membership to get the list of the   required local disclosures (if applicable) for your particular area where the property you are selling is located. Please send them to me after you receive them.  

4) When sending your initial forms please include your username, password, what transaction system 

you use (zipForms, Dotloop, etc..)  so I can upload your files into your profile.
